Abhirami makes her comeback with Maddy’s Maara in a bold role

Everyone by now would have watched Dulquer Salmaan’s Charlie, which is getting remade as ‘Maara’. The film is all set for worldwide premiere from January 8, 2021 onwards. The film is directed by Dhilip Kumar and is produced by Madhav Media. Madhavan and Shraddha Srinath are playing the lead roles in this movie, which has an ensemble star-cast. One among them is actress Abhirami, who was seen in hit movies during 90s and early 2000s like Kamal Haasan’s Virumaandi.

The actress will be seen playing the role of a sex-worker, who commits suicide after Madhavan’s character enchants her moment with a heavenly gift. Although her presence would be limited, the prominence of the character can be felt everywhere.
