Anjali takes over what Nayanthara missed

It happens that Telugu industry happens to be the hot market for the Indian actresses and the fortune keeps shifting from one to the other.

Boyapati directs the Telugu movie starring the senior Telugu actor Balakrishna. Actors Nayanthara and Sonakshi were approached to act as his pair in this movie. Though Nayanthara had already acted with Balakrishna, she responded that she does not have any call-sheets! Sonakshi was approached – but having announced that she will act only with senior actor like Salman Khan, she also withdrew.

In this scenario, actor Anjali has now been booked to act as the heroine. The production team had plans to pay Rs. 5 Crores to Nayanthara or Rs. 4 Crores to Sonakshi. However, it is now paying Anjali just Rs.1 Crore. However, it may be noted that as per the prevailing market rates, Anjali commands only between Rs. 50 to Rs. 60 Lakhs. Also, Anjali has performed with Balakrishna earlier.
