Breaking – AR Rahman scores music for STR Pathtu Thala

Silambarasan and Gautham Karthik are sharing the screen space together for the movie titled Pathu Thala, which is a remake of Kannada movie Mufti. The film is directed by Obeli N Krishna, who earlier made movies like Sillunu Oru Kadhal and Nedunchalai. It has been a long time buzz on who could be composing music for this film as STR movies always boast of some extraordinary music. As soon as the news about AR Rahman revealing the first look was made, it was predicted that he could be composing music and it looks like almost confirmed one.

Let us wait for the official confirmation though. If this happens, then it’s a hat-trick for Silambarasan and AR Rahman combo, who have already worked together in Chartbuster albums like Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya and Accham Yenbadhu Madamayada. On the other hand, Producer K.E. Gnanavel Raja, Krishna had their debut as producer and director with the movie Sillunu Oru Kadhal that featured musical score by AR Rahman.
