Adopting a village is the main theme of the film. A rich son who wants to do something interesting in his life and don’t wish to take-over dad’s company as a managing director, fell in love with a girl. Then he came to know that both are originated from same village which was ruled by villain and both of their families are not in good terms. Then hero goes to that village to sort out the issues. Rest of the film says whether he succeed in love and what happens to villain.

Mahesh Babu looks very handsome and delivers one of the finest performance in his career. Film has more emotional scenes and action scenes which is a cake walk for the hero. Its purely a one man show from Mahesh. His stylish walk and ultimate cool mannerism’s are highly enjoyable. Costumes are superb. First time he wears lungi in this film.

Shruthi Haasan is the lead lady, who is the currently most wanted heroine in south and north industries. Coming to her acting, she has delivered a neat performance as Mahesh babu’s lady love. Dances and emotes well. Jagapathi Babu as hero’s dad gets a good role, his scenes with Mahesh are awesome. Both looks like actual father and son.

Rajendra prasad as the main guy in village who thinks for village people, Sukanya as hero’s mother after a very long time seeing her on screen, Sampath and Mukesh Rishi as villains, Sivaji Raja as comedian; all have delivered a neat performance. Rahul Ravindran does a cameo appearance. Two comedians have nothing much to do.

Devi Sri Prasad’s music is a biggest strength of the film, Killer BGMs throughout. Songs are also wonderful.First half has three songs and second has two songs. Pick of the album is ‘Jaago jaggeda jaago..’ and ‘charuseela…’. Choreography is good in songs. ‘Jago…’ song situtation is apt and powerful. DSP is really a rockstar. Madhi’s came work is very nice.

Written and Directed by Koratala Siva. After Prabha’s Mirchi, he is back to direction with this film. He clearly knows what the audience expect from a mass hero Mahesh Babu. A simple story with a powerful message. Screenplay has good amount of action, romance, sentiment and comedy. First half was good and second half was little draggy.

Heart of the film is the messages – ‘Adopting a village’ & ‘Keep everyone happy and be happy’. No smoking scenes in the movie. Action sequences are neatly choreographed, no flying over actions. Special kudos for the stunt men and choreographer. Dialogues are good. Nativity flavor makes the movie more enjoyable.

Highlights of the film are Mahesh Babu’s terrific screen presence, action sequence in first half- pre interval fight and the party house fight. Pre climax conversation between Jagapathi Babu and Mahesh babu, the Delhi minister warning scene, the scene where hero explains about the importance of village people and life etc. A winner in hand.
