AK 64 Buzz – After Swasika, Sree Leela onboard for high-octane thriller! 

After delivering a massy blockbuster with Good Bad Ugly, actor Ajith Kumar is all set to reunite with director Adhik Ravichandran for their next outing – AK64. The project will be produced by Raahul under the banner of Romeo Pictures.

Buzz around AK64 has already begun to build momentum, especially after recent updates on the casting. Actress Swasika, who has been part of the film since early buzz, plays a crucial role. Now, the makers have brought in popular Telugu actress Sree Leela as the female lead. However, sources suggest that Sree Leela may not be paired opposite Ajith.

Instead, the team is reportedly in talks with KGF and Hit 3 star Srinidhi Shetty, who might play Ajith’s pair in the film – a casting move that has excited fans across the South.

The film is expected to go on floors by October 2025, with a Summer 2026 worldwide release planned. Adding more energy to the team is composer Anirudh Ravichander, who is once again joining hands with Ajith after delivering several chartbuster albums in the past.

With Good Bad Ugly setting the stage and the AK64 team shaping up strongly, expectations are sky-high for another commercial winner.
