Director Shankar’s Son Arjith to Make His Hero Debut

Filmmaker Shankar Shanmugam’s son, Arjith Shankar, who has been making frequent public appearances at film-related events over the past few years, is all set to make his debut as a lead actor.

Arjith, who was also seen performing in a special dance number in Indian 2, will now take center stage in a full-fledged role. The upcoming film will be produced by Passion Studios’ Sudhan Sundaram and will mark the directorial debut of Siva, a former assistant to director Atlee.

The shoot is expected to commence between September and October this year. Further details regarding the cast and crew will be announced soon.
