Will Manirathnam regain lost stroke in OKK?
Maverick filmmaker Maniratnam had experimented with unusual genres of movies, which garnered him mixed reviews. He instantly decided to get back on the roll with a breezy feel-good Rom-Com titled ‘O Kadhal Kanmani’, which regained his lost status on the league. Now that the director is busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’, there comes an unconfirmed buzz about his next film. It seems that the ‘Kadal’ director has been penning script for his next, which he wants Ram Charan Teja to play the lead role. It is quite note worthy that Maniratnam was keen on signing Ram for O Kadhal Kanmani, which didn’t happen due to some reasons. But for the moment, the sources close to Maniratnam have been denying this to be baseless rumours. On other end, Manirathnam will fly down to Kashmir this month end for the next schedule of ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’ featuring Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in lead roles.
