The film is about a bunch of jail inmates planning for a prison breakout, which is almost an impossible mission as a cruel and strict officer Jail superintendent (RK Suresh) is in control of entire prison.
Rudhran, who works tirelessly for a successful career and money, embarks on a romantic journey to spend quality time with his girlfriend Nila. On the way, he stays at the Vasantha Mullai Motel. The events that unfold in a single night drive Rudhran insane and take him on a roller coaster ride.
A gang goes to rob a bank only to find that there`s already a criminal mastermind holding it for ransom, but his identities and motives behind the heist remains mysterious. As they plan to collect the bounty and disappear without a trace, their crimes and their past slowly catches up with them.
