Before running into a complete analysis of Bhaagamathie, we give you two different versions of commercial film lover and buffs of exceptional. If you belong to the former league, then you’ll let go off some illogical moments and you’ll enjoy it. If you’re some intensely looking out for a much exceptional experience, Bhaagamathie does offer some best technical toast, especially sound and music.

Sanchala (Anushka Shetty), an IAS officer has been confined to imprisonment for murder. She being a personal secretary to reputed water resource minister Eeswar Prasad (Jayaram) is taken to a cloistered bungalow for a CBI enquiry as insisted by Chief Minister to slandering him. But to everyone’s unexpected turn, the palace, which is told to be haunted by Queen Bhaagamathie, has the supernatural tantrums.

As above mentioned, the first half could be perceived in two different perspectives based on the audience mindsets. For the commercial lovers, the first hour actually would look like sluggish, but it actually deserves so much of appreciations for the technical aspects. If you’re making fun out of Anushka taking a glance into the desolated palace like someone looking at a house to rent, then you’re wrong. Watch out for the sound effects, detailing and cinematography. But it is so much obvious that the production values are very well handled. Just a set work of mansion and yet it is shown as a film of high budget values. But sooner after intermission, the raciness in screenplay travels in right momentum with twists by penultimate moments that are appreciable.

Anushka’s performance is pretty decent and her screen presence is what it gets us attracted towards her. Jayaram is really on his best and it’s nice to him in a convincing role. Unni Mukundan on his part makes an impressive spell.

Musical score by Thaman is so much powerful in many portions. Sound department has added additional attraction to the film’s screenplay.

Overall, Bhaagamathie has its own way to impress the audiences with a commercial package, which could be watched for leisure time.
