Much awaited Venkatesh-Trivikram’s ‘Venky 77’ launched
Veteran star Venkatesh Daggubati and acclaimed director Trivikram Srinivas launched their much-anticipated Telugu entertainer Venky 77 with a traditional puja ceremony on August 15. Under the Haarika & Hassine banner, the actor’s 77th film promises a breezy, light-hearted fare blending Trivikram’s trademark wit with Venkatesh’s magnetic screen presence, targeting a summer 2026 release.
Recently, Venkatesh scored a blockbuster with Sankranthiki Vasthunnam (2025), an action-comedy directed by Anil Ravipudi. He’s also lined up an intriguing cameo in Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film, plus a major action-driven project with director V. V. Vinayak. On the OTT front, he’ll reprise his chaotic yet compelling role in Netflix’s Rana Naidu Season 2. Meanwhile, Trivikram is confirmed to helm two upcoming films, first with Venkatesh, followed by a film starring Jr NTR in a mythological avatar as Skanda.
