Synopsis

In a village near Ranipet, Kanniyappan (Vidaarth), a hardworking natural farmer, lives a contented life with his wife Chinthamalli (Rakshana) and their son. To secure a seat for his son in a reputed private school, Kanniyappan mortgages his ancestral land to a trader, Kathirvel (Aruldoss). Soon, he discovers that the bank has already auctioned the land due to a loan fraud connected to his late father. Despite his protests, Kanniyappan loses the land and struggles to support his family. With limited options, he approaches lawyer Kandhan (Dhinanthorum Nagaraj), who encourages him to fight the case himself.
