The film stars Priyadarshi and is produced by Bunny Vas under Sukumar Writings and Bunny Vas Works. Vamsi Reddy Dondapati is directing. Nagadurga plays the female lead.
A promo of Srilatha was released on Priyadarshi’s birthday. Suresh Bobbili has composed the song.
Idupu Kayitham is set against a Telangana family backdrop. Shooting is underway, and the makers are planning a theatrical release in the first week of December.
