“My character in Coolie is Interesting” – Aamir Khan reveals

The excitement surrounding Coolie, Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming mass-action entertainer, just went a notch higher! In a recent interview, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan spoke candidly about his much-anticipated cameo in the film and hinted that his character would be a fan favorite.

“My character in the film Coolie will be interesting. Everyone will like this character,” said Aamir Khan, adding to the mounting buzz around the project.

Helmed by blockbuster director Lokesh Kanagaraj, Coolie is being produced by Sun Pictures and features music by Anirudh Ravichander, who has already set the tone with the electrifying promo track Coolie Power House, which he unveiled during a recent concert. The track has since gone viral, amping up expectations for the film’s full album.

Coolie boasts an ensemble cast that includes industry stalwarts and pan-Indian stars like Upendra, Nagarjuna, Shoubin Shahir, Shruthi Haasan, Sathyaraj, and Sundeep Kishan, who is said to play a key role in the storyline.

The first official single from the film is expected to drop soon, and fans are counting down the days to its worldwide theatrical release on August 14, 2025.
