Nayanthara joins the sets of Rajinikanth’s Darbar

Actress Nayanthara has joined the sets of Superstar Rajinikanth’s Darbar today (April 23) in Mumbai. The film is directed by AR Murugadoss and is produced by Lyca Productions that had earlier bankrolled his 2.0. The film’s shooting commenced in Mumbai before 10 days and is going on full swing. Touted to be a commercial entertainer, the film is not about any political subject, but instead focuses on the current social issues.

Anirudh is composing music for this film, which has cinematography handled by Santhosh Sivan. With Rajinikanth’s Petta turning to be one of the top grosser of 2019, Darbar has already created an absolute hype, which will have its release for Pongal 2020. Bollywood’s most celebrated Prateik Babbar is playing the negative role in this movie.
