Shekhar Ravjiani & Global Schools collaborates to launch the debut album of 17-yr old Aarathana Senthilraja’s ‘Paiyya Paiyya’

Acclaimed music composer Shekhar Ravjiani held a press conference on March 8 with Global Schools Group to celebrate the success of the Tamil independent single “Paiyya Paiyya,” performed by 17-year-old Aarathana Senthilraja, a student from his Global Schools-Shekhar Ravjiani School of Music (GSSRSM).

Since its establishment in 2020, the school has mentored over 900 students, focusing on nurturing young musical talent from various countries, including India, the UAE, Japan, and Malaysia. Shekhar expressed his commitment to providing young artists with opportunities to excel, stating, “I plan to release more songs and create a platform for youth.”

Shekhar shared his 28 independent pop singles from his label, Garuudaa Musiic, and his goal of mentoring emerging talent. Tamil film producer Hema Rukmani and GSG’s Deputy Country Director for South India, Avneesh Singh, attended, emphasizing the group’s focus on holistic education.

During the conference, Shekhar expressed his desire to work on a film featuring Superstar Rajinikanth and praised the legendary composer Ilaiyaraaja for his contributions to music, reinforcing that music transcends boundaries.
