1. Yaendi Yaendi
Singers: Vijay | Shruti Haasan
Romantic duet in vijay film is always a HIT number and this one is not an exception. Beauty is when vijay itself croon for the song along with shruti. Instant likable song when hearing at first time itself, that too the initial guitar itself proves it. Interlude portions are really a breeze along with flute and drums, altogether a very good start for the album.
Singers: Javed Ali | Pooja AV
DSP’s signature beat song which offers nothing new except the theme set like in amazon
forest. chorus and rhythm repeats throughout the song where in variety of sounds are
injected then and there. Javed and pooja keeps the energy till end and competitive singing.
3. Sotta Vaala
Singers: Shankar Mahadevan | MM Manasi
Another DSP’s agmark tune in energetic generations where in shankar vocal adds fire for the energy set in. Nadaswaram bit throughout the song backup for the rhythm. Similar tunes which we are already familiar from DSP store.
4. Mannavanae Mannavanae
Singers: Sooraj Santhosh | MLR Karthikeyan
A different track which sets in period times with grand presentation music. Female portion
takes the lead, which is not bold enough in par with the music. Variation in music are the
highlight of the song which demands scene oriented visuals on screen.
5. Enga Makka
Singers: Mano | Priyadharshini
A title track for the album which sets has the needed energetic mood where in, lyrics in
praise of the lead and also motivating dialogue oriented rendition from mano. Female vocal just come on the flow to keep up the energy.
Lyric oriented motivational song which sets in like preparing the people mind for a battle.
Grand orchestration, music and chorus gives the needed feel for the song and tipu vocals
are powerful enough to cope up with the grand music.
