Glimpse of Movies releasing on Apr 2015

Summer Holidays are the best time for everyone where all can spend time together with family where theatres flooded with peoples all around. For cine industry, April month is the festival season where BIG movies line up and fight for dates and screens. Without any exception, this year April have lot of suprises where almost 10 movies in queue and the surprise is all are biggies.

A fun filled romantic entertainer ‘Nanbenda’ hit screens first to start the holiday season where Udhayanidhi Stalin, Nayantara and Santhanam trio again in lead roles, directed by Jagdeesh this time in the place of Rajesh. On the same day, Vijayakanths’s son shanmugapandian debut as hero with ‘Sagaptham’ under their own production house of Captain Cine Creations in a big budget. Still not a big start?? Ok, adding to this, Karthi, lakshmi menon starrer KOMBAN is also coming on the same day directed by Muthaiah and music by GV Prakashkumar from the banner of Studio Green production.

Next the magnum opus ‘Uttama Villain’ of Kamal Haasan starring, produced by N. Lingusamy and directed by Ramesh Aravind, which is said to be a Comedy-Drama Flick planned for April 10th.Along with this, Boby simha in lead, Chennai Ungalai Anbudan Varaverkirathu joins.

Much Awaited Romantic flick of the Year from Maniratnam’s ‘OK Kanmani’ is slated for Tamil New Year, where Dulquer Salmaan, Nithya Menen in the lead role and music by none other than A.R.Rahman, with cinematography of P.C.Sreeram which is scheduled for Apr 24th as of now. Along with this, Gautham Karthik’s third venture Vai Raja Vei will join the race where music already a HIT number and more expectation as its from Aishwaryas dirctoral flick after the movie 3.

For this Holiday month, Horror theme also joins the race, Kanchana 2 from Raghava Lawrence which is planned for April 17th. On the same day, Vijay Antony’s India Pakistan is also scheduled as of now. April 23rd, a first indian 3D historic film ‘Rudramadevi’ as Anushka Shetty to hit screens.

Jyotika’s comeback movie of How old are you? remake, Purampokku, Netru Indru Naalai, Bhoologam, Vaalu are yet to confirm their dates for April month.
