Actress Vaishnavi Chaitanya endorsing the amalgamation of beauty and talent has grabbed the spotlights of Tollywood. The actress is now keeping her fingers crossed, pinning hopes on her upcoming movie ”˜Baby’, scheduled for worldwide release on July 14. The film is directed by Sai Rajesh, the producer of the National award-winning movie ”˜Color Photo’. The film features Anand Devarakonda in the lead role alongside Vaishnavi Chaitanya and Viraj Ashwin.
Sharing her words of excitement about the film ”˜Baby’, actress Vaishnavi says, “Every actor needs a role in which to showcase their abilities, and for me, that character is Baby. I was completely in awe of the script when director Sai Rajesh sir narrated it. He nourished my confidence level, and stood beside me like a pillar in delivering an impeccable performance.”
Shedding more lights on the role and film, she adds, “I perform a character of middle-class Basthi girl, for whom leaving Basthi is equivalent to travelling abroad. After she joins, she meets a few people who affect her life in both positive and negative ways. She is a typical student who goes drastic transformation. And our intention is not to differentiate people with colour, we wanted to showcase transformation in that way.”
