Superstar Rajinikanth to appear in Chandramukhi 2?

Superstar Rajinikanth’s Chandramukhi 2 has been acclaimed as one of the biggest ever grosser of Tamil cinema followed by the highest TRP in Sun TV. The talks and buzzes over the sequel have been going through a prolonged phase for years. Initially, director P Vasu requested Superstar Rajinikanth to be a part of this project which was followed by Ajith Kumar. Finally, it has landed in the hands of Raghava Lawrence, who has now completed 50% shooting now.

During this juncture, it is learned through close sources that a few reference shots of Superstar Rajinikanth from Chandramukhi’s first part will be used in this movie. It is noteworthy that the same pattern was done for the Telugu remake, where actor Venkatesh playing the lead role claims to be the student of Dr. Saravanan. In fact, he uses the same technique as Superstar Rajinikanth from the prequel. So it is expected that the same factor will be repeated herein in this Tamil sequel as well. If this happens, it’s obvious that the theaters will go flooded with applause and whistles in the presence of Superstar Rajinikanth.
