Thalapathy 64 release on AK 60’s initial release date

While then entire league of Vijay fans are celebrating over the official announcement of Thalapathy 64, there seems to be yet another sensation that would arrive as an unheralded surprise. According to the close sources, the producers of this film are planning to release the movie on April 10, 2020 for the festive occasion of Tamil New Year day.

The shooting of this film will go on floors by end of November and will be wrapped up in a span of six 60 to 90 days. It is not yet confirmed on who will be playing the female lead in this movie. Anirudh is composing music for this film and Sathyan Sooryan is handling cinematography. Lokesh Kanagaraj of Maanagaram and Kaidhi fame is helming this project, produced by Xavier Britto. It is worth mentioning that even before the completion of Nerkonda Paarvai, the initial plans were to release Ajith Kumar’s AK 60 on this same date, which is now likely getting pushed to some other date.
